I have boycotted all shots since I got out of the military and finally had to get one today. Well I guess I didn't really have to but I decided to go ahead and do it cause 1) I am exposed to a lot of people through the airline and the Y, 2) I am a daughter that goes to daycare-that one should be good enough all by it self and 3) She had to get one so I sucked it up and got one too. But what an ordeal. Her doctors office is out already so she wrote me a prescription for it and no body would fill it. All the pharmacy have little flu shot clinics but would not give one to a child under the age of 11. Nor would they fill it so that I could take it back to her dr so that a nurse could give it to her. I finally found one place to do it but it was just a huge ordeal. Driving back and forth all over town. I didn't have her with me when I went to have it filled and they wouldn't fill unless she was with me so that we could go straight to the dr office. Although her daycare and peds office are almost right next door. So I had to go get her, then back to the pharmacy, then back to the dr office and next year we do it early so they still have it at the dr office.
Alright that is about it for today. I did go buy the emergency filing cabinet but I haven't really filed yet! But I did need it right then!!!
I'll keep TRYING to post! No promises!
